Russian Customer Inspects PVD-1800 Vacuum Coating System

           We welcomed a customer from Russia to our factory for the inspection and acceptance of a PVD-1800 vacuum coating system yesterday.

           The customer specializes in metal hardware and decorative components and brought their own products to our factory for equipment and coating evaluation.

           1.The Customer's Products

              The products brought by the customer were metal components with an existing nickel/chrome surface finish.

              These types of components are commonly used in decorative hardware applications where both appearance and surface performance are important.

           2.The PVD-1800 System

              The equipment inspected by the customer was our PVD-1800 vacuum coating system.

              It is a large-capacity PVD coating machine designed for decorative coating applications and batch production of metal components.

              The system integrates a complete vacuum pumping and coating system to provide a stable environment for PVD coating.

              The equipment can be configured according to different product sizes, shapes and coating requirements.

          3.Factory Inspection & Acceptance

             During the factory visit, the customer inspected the equipment and reviewed its main systems and configuration with our technical team.

             The inspection included:

             PVD coating system             

             Control system             

             Equipment operation
             Product loading area

            Our engineers also discussed the customer's products and coating requirements with the customer to ensure that the equipment configuration meets their production needs.

        4.From Equipment to Application

           For a PVD coating project, the equipment itself is only one part of the solution.

           Product shape, surface condition, loading method, coating requirements and production capacity all need to be considered when selecting and configuring a vacuum coating system.

           By discussing these factors directly with the customer, we can provide a more suitable solution for their specific application.

• Project Conclusion

          The Russian customer completed the inspection and acceptance of the PVD-1800 vacuum coating system at our factory. We were pleased to have the opportunity to communicate directly with the customer, understand their application requirements and demonstrate our equipment and technical capabilities.

          Another PVD system is ready for its next step — from our factory to the customer's production line.
